As a Booking Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication between our nannies and customers. Your day-to-day tasks will involve:
- Booking and coordinating with nannies who are fluent in Thai and English.
- Engaging in conversations with nannies in both languages and interacting with customers in Thai.
- Translating documents, emails, text messages, and other communications between Thai and English.
- Providing exceptional customer service support in Thai.
- Working closely with the team to guarantee efficient booking operations and customer satisfaction.
