Job Description

As a Booking Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication between our nannies and customers. Your day-to-day tasks will involve:

  • Booking and coordinating with nannies who are fluent in Thai and English.
  • Engaging in conversations with nannies in both languages and interacting with customers in Thai.
  • Translating documents, emails, text messages, and other communications between Thai and English.
  • Providing exceptional customer service support in Thai.
  • Working closely with the team to guarantee efficient booking operations and customer satisfaction.

Working Hours
